When you pop the hood you know you are seeing a transplant of a
modified more modern engine. It does not have the original Ford
powerplant but a much more powerful small block Chevrolet V8
engine.
It has a more modern look to it with custom small block Chevrolet
V8 engine with Aluminum Edelbrock valve covers, Edelbrock aluminum
intake, Edelbrock Four-barrel carb, Tube headers, Performance spark
plug wires and distributor, Power steering, Power brakes, Air
conditioning, and all in a painted, detailed, and very clean engine
compartment.
It also sports a dual exhaust system, automatic transmission, and a
H.D. rear end with 4-wheel disc brakes on a restored, painted, and
very clean chassis, while it rolls on fat black sidewall tires and
aftermarket custom polished Riddler wheels and you have a powerful
package that gives you a mix of vintage and performance.
Interior
Ours has great black custom twin Captain's Chairs with armrests
bucket seat interior, black custom door panels, body colored
painted dash housing the gauges, an accessory gauge panel, wood
steering on a billet tilt wheel column, black carpet with tan floor
mats, an aftermarket Pioneer Stereo Radio and speaker system in the
headliner, and shifted by a chrome aftermarket automatic shifter on
the floor.
Exterior
Our second-gen 1955 Ford F-100 truck has a true vintage style that
is always fashionable. The custom brown paint looks great on the
hood, rounded cab, and step side bed with chrome front and rear
bumpers, side chrome mirrors, tailgate chains, and rolled step-side
fenders are all part of this timeless classic appearance.
There is even a real wood panel truck bed floor in vintage style
with the look and raked stance giving it just the right street
looks and appeal.
