1984 Lincoln Towncar Signature Series. 3rd owner. 72,780 original miles. Car fires right up and drives beautifully. Was my every day driver for about 4/5 months and then became my Sunday driver. Not driving it enough now and would prefer it had a home in a garage or under the shade since I don’t have a means of providing anything more than a car cover. I’ve personally owned it for the last 2 years and done quite a bit of work in upgrades and replacement of parts: New a/c compressor, upgraded to dual electric fans, new aluminum radiator and hoses, replaced alternator to a bigger unit to keep up with fans, installed aftermarket alarm with remote to arm/disarm and pop trunk, replaced battery, replaced spark plugs and wires, dropped fuel tank and had it completely cleaned, new fuel pump and sending unit, new window motors in all 4 doors, greased all window tracks and windows go up and down without any issue, tinted all windows, original stereo went out so updated and replaced all existing speakers with new. Tires are about a year and half old now and have about 1500 miles on them. Also replaced the spare in the trunk. Paint is beginning to show its age, but can be hard to tell unless you’re up close in certain areas, particularly on the front left driver panel and driver door. No dents of any kind and no rust anywhere. Underbody is clean. All in total, I’ve got about $16 wrapped up in the car between what I paid for it and the $ I’ve put in. Not interested in going lower. Car is turn key ready and can’t see needing anything else unless you otherwise wanted to upgrade something else.
