Vehicle Description
1968 Pontiac Parisienne Convertible brought to you by Zoom Classic
Cars. White on white with new black power convertible top and 115k
original miles. The Parisienne was the Canadian nameplate for the
top-of-the-line model sold in GM of Canada's Pontiac showrooms. In
particular, Canadian "full size" Pontiacs were actually closely
related to Chevrolets, making use of the economical Chevrolet
chassis and drivetrain, though with the American Pontiac-styled
exterior body panels. Canadian Pontiacs including the Parisienne
used the same engines and transmissions as full-size Chevys with
this specific car equipped with the Chevy 327CI Engine with the 3
speed Turbo Hydramatic transmission. Dual Chevy embossed side view
mirrors. This two owner car is in good condition and has had the
following recent work completed - tuned engine with new alternator,
regulator and sending unit. New brakes all around and new gas tank.
New wiper motor. Overall the body is in decent shape with some
evidence of body work being done at some point. Paint is in overall
decent condition with some minor bubbling as shown on the passenger
side lower door. Interior is clean with new carpet, vinyl seating
with most wear and minor tears on the driver's side as shown.
Undercarriage is also clean with minor surface rust only. Clean
trunk compartment with liner and full spare. Original Parisienne
hubcaps. Chrome and badging all intact and in good condition. Cars
runs and drives well. Great Summer cruiser that can be driven as is
or subject of a cosmetic restoration. Stored in MA with last
registration from Canada. MA Title in transit or can arrange for
Sale through dealership with Bill of Sale only. Give Jeff a call
