Vehicle Description
This 1991 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer is coming off of a two-year
restoration completed at the end of 2021. They upgraded it with a
fresh style, custom details, and a loaded A/C interior - all
without losing the original spirit. And while they were making
thoughtful upgrades, they made sure to give this fuel-injected V8
power, too!
These S-10 Blazers often get us nostalgic. The boxy two-door
Blazers have the perfect balance of both a tough and sporty
appearance. And this one plays into the best of the classic Chevy
muscle car style with upgrades like the cowl hood and fully
polished Rally wheels. Plus, with a color name like Corvette Red,
it's absolutely hinting at the V8 within. The paint is only about a
year old because the full restoration was completed in November
2021. It was a two-year project that was a labor of love. And you
can see the care and quality in the way the high-gloss finish shows
off the straightness of the sheet metal. The restoration also gave
this the bright front end, full-length pinstripe, deleted badging,
and flush rear pan that's all part of what makes this one stand out
in any crowd.
The dark gray interior is lean and comfortable, and that makes for
an inviting cruiser. The bucket seats with the center console are a
comfortable place to eat away the miles. The moment you slip behind
the factory wheel, you realize you are in command of a very loaded
machine. Everything is within easy reach, including the power
windows, power locks, tilt wheel, and upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with
USB and Bluetooth. The split rear hatch makes this your perfect
tailgating buddy, and with comfortable seating for up to four, you
can take family and friends along, too. And wherever you roam,
everyone stays comfortable thanks to cold-blowing air
conditioning.
The engine bay has a brightly polished style, and that seems right
because you're going to want to put it on display. After all, we
don't know why Chevy never offered V8 power from the factory, but
this one rectifies that mistake. The 350 cubic-inch crate V8 is a
nicely done full build with TBI fuel injection, Speedmaster
aluminum heads, a Speedmaster intake, and Patriot headers. There
are even good supporting components like an aluminum radiator and
an MSD distributor. So while it's unknown if the odometer reflects
the full actual mileage, that's a moot point when everything in the
SUV is so fresh. Small blocks are great for tuning and unleashing
some serious power. But right now we really like how this one is
set up. It's strong but not overbearing, and the dual exhaust with
Flowmasters gives this a dignified V8 tune. This solid and fun
cruising style also extends to the rebuilt 700R4 four-speed
automatic transmission that gives you overdrive for easy trips near
or far. Add in the power steering, upgraded front sway bar
bushings, a limited-slip rear end, power brakes, and front discs,
and you have quite a confident driver.
Complete with build receipts, the S-10 Blazer you always wished
they made back in the day is now the custom classic with a fresh
style. So when your dream Chevy is so close to being in your
garage, you know you can't hesitate. Call today!!!
