3000 BJ8 MK III, This incredible vehicle was originally delivered
to San Fransisco, California by Hambro Trading Inc. The car
received a four-year refurbishment that included a repaint of the
original Metallic Golden Beige, reupholstering, and a new
convertible top. The car also received new wire wheels during
refurbishment. The 2.9L inline-six was rebuilt with hardened valves
and valve seats, rebuilt carburetors, and electronic ignition
system, a replacement water pump, fuel pump, and spark plug wires.
Additional features include replacement wiring harnesses, radiator,
hoses, and fluid reservoirs. The car also recieved a service to the
four-speed transmission with an overdrive system. The car is
equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system. Additional
equipment on this beautiful Austin-Healey include black vinyl
upholstery, replacement leaf springs, a luggage rack on the rear, a
spare tire in the trunk, and a banjo-style steering wheel. This car
shows only 4684 miles. The car comes with the Austin-Healey
manuals, and a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate.
This 3000 BJ8 is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean
