Vehicle Description
This 1969 Plymouth HEMI Road Runner is powered by a 426ci HEMI
engine with 425hp with Coyote Duster air-induction system and
performance hood treatment. This vehicle has been restored on the
top and bottom, and the engine, axle and transmission were all
rebuilt. The period-correct 426ci HEMI engine is mated to a 4-speed
transmission and Dana 60 series axle. This HEMI has dual Carter AFB
carburetors with power steering, power brakes and an upgraded
electronic ignition system. The exterior is finished in B7 Jamaica
Blue Metallic and it sits on painted steel wheels with dog dish
hubcaps. The interior features white bucket seats, a center console
with wood applique, a Hurst shifter and AM MusicMaster radio. Due
to its trendsetting components, the Road Runner was named as Motor
Trend magazine's Car of the Year for 1969. It has been recorded in
the MMC Detroit Global Vehicle Registry and comes with a 55-page
