Carolina Muscle Cars is proud to have his 1967 Chevelle Restomod in
our showroom. Powered by a powerful 502 CI fuel injected V8 and
back by a Tremec TKO600 5 speed manual transmission, this Chevelle
is an absolute blast!
Restoration took place on a very original 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle
Malibu. The body has been refinished in torch red exterior. SS
emblems have been added during the customization process. The car
has new chrome bumpers and new emblems. The car also sports a SS
louvered hood.
The Interior has been restored in the black vinyl. The car sports
bucket seats and center console. The 5-speed Tremec TKO600 manual
transmission is perfectly fit it in a custom center console with
cupholders. The dashboard has been outfitted with Dakota digital
gauges and a Grant custom teakwood steering wheel. The interior
sports flaming river tilt steering column for added comfort. A
powerful AM/FM Bluetooth stereo provides the soundtrack. The
Interior has a very clean original look with some subtle custom
upgrades.
Under the hood you will see a fire breathing 502 Cubic Inch crate
engine. This powerful engine is back by a Tremec TKO600 5- speed
manual transmission. Fuel is fed by the fuel injected Holley EFI
live system and controller. The engine breaths through a custom 3"
flow master dual exhaust system Engine cooling is provided by the
Griffin aluminum radiator. All this is backed up by 12 bolt
Posi-traction 373 rear end. This car pulls like a freight train and
is very comfortable to drive. The car also has a vintage air
conditioning system for added comfort.
The car rides on a suspension that has been upgraded with new
springs and Hotchkiss sway bars. The car rides on a set of 17 inch
Torque Thrust wheels wearing 225/50/17 front and 225/60/17 rear
Goodyear performance tires. The brakes system has also been
upgraded with Power Disc Brakes. All of this give the car a more
modern feeling.
