Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1990 Jeep Grand Wagoneer.
Finished in the original shade of Black Cherry Pearl Coat (code
FM9) over Cordovan (Burgundy) interior, this Wagoneer has been
back-dated with a "rhino" grille to give it a great vintage look.
The color looks nearly black (or like a black-purple deep eggplant
shade) but under direct sun some of the deep wine-colored sparkle
comes out. Paint and body present to a driver standard. Alloy
wheels are wearing Firestone all-terrain tires; a modest lift gives
this SJ just the right stance.
The original interior has held up well aside from the usual
waviness in the upper dash pad. Nice seat upholstery, carpets,
headliner and door panels. All A/C components are present and the
controls work, but the system is still running R12 and is not
blowing cold (it would likely work with a simple and inexpensive
R134a conversion).
Under the hood is AMC's reliable 360 cubic inch V8 mated to an
automatic transmission. The Wagoneer was always among the most
highly optioned and most comfortable 4x4s you could buy, and that's
still the case with this one - it runs and drives well. For more
