This is a rare and fully restored 1954 Morgan Plus 4 Three-Position
Cabriolet that was delivered new to the United States with LHD.
This was a complete restoration and the odometer shows 26,000
miles. The Morgan is wonderful to drive and is nice enough to show
at most all concours events and would be a delight for touring or
rallies. But this particular Morgan exudes elegance as well as
sportiness. We love the dual rear mounted spares, white side walled
tires and three positions for the convertible top. This Morgan has
the Fergus Motors NYC firewall tag from the distributors of Morgans
and other British automobiles. This Morgan has benefitted from a
complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. Everything has been
restored, including the chassis. We do not have the history of this
Morgan as of yet, but we can speak to the high quality of this
example. It is believed to be one of only 433 Cabriolets built as a
Plus 4. The livery is quite stunning and very elegant in its two
tone Light Blue over Dark Blue and is complimented by the white
walled tires and ample chrome and stainless steel trim. The chrome
and stainless steel trim are in very good condition. The blue
canvas convertible top is trimmed with lighter blue leather
binding. The convertible to in seconds can be raised, positioned as
a Sedanca or lowered completely as a convertible. The convertible
top is in excellent condition. The interior features a beautiful
matching lighter blue leather with dark blue leather piping. The
leather looks as-new. The dark blue Wilton wool carpeting also
looks new. The wood dash is in excellent condition and all of the
gauges work well except the clock. The engine compartment is
detailed for show. The engine is believed to be a 2 liter Triumph
TR 2 four cylinder producing about 90 hp. The engine performs very
well and sounds perfect. Even in our 100 degree weather the engine
ran well and stayed nice and cool. The four-speed manual
transmission shifts well, and is non-syncro in first. The chassis
is in beautiful restored condition. Is has been well painted and is
ready for use! The Hagerty No. 2 Value is $48,100. We have this
very charming Morgan priced to sell! The NADA Value is $64,900. For
