138 VIN LOADED WITH DESIRABLE FEATURES, P-O-P, WINDOW STICKER This is definitely a time capsule! I believe it to be original rust free metal. It is straight down both sides, the gaps are square and flush with no signs of damage. The doors shut like new! It wears its original factory color Chateau Slate Metallic, code W with a perfect original Black vinyl top. The silver paint is like glass. All of the exterior chrome and stainless steel are in excellent shape. All the glass is in good shape as well. It sits on a set of original steel wheels with redline tires and its original rare mag hubcaps. The interior appears to be mostly original except for the carpet and headliner. The seat upholstery is in great shape. The door panels and armrests are in great shape. It has working power windows, factory gauges in the dash, knee knocker tach mounted under the dash, factory AM/FM radio, tilt steering, factory 2-spoke wood steering wheel and it still retains its original shifter with reverse lockout 4-speed handle. I repeat-loaded with desirable features! The engine compartment is correct and nicely detailed. It has a date coded completely rebuilt 396 ci/360 hp motor, original transistor ignition, power steering, power brakes, factory style tower clamps, GM hoses, spring style battery cables, correct Holley carburetor and fuel line and Harrison radiator with correct fan shroud. The undercarriage is all clean metal, no signs of patches or rust. The front end has been completely gone through. The springs, shocks, ball joints and steering components have been replaced. It has a newer exhaust system. The bottom of the motor and the Muncie 4-speed transmission are clean. It has its original 12 bolt posi rear with 3:73 gears. The trunk compartment is all clean metal. It is very neatly detailed with a light coat of splatter paint. It also includes a steel wheel with a redline tire for a spare, the original jack assembly, original weather stripping and an aftermarket trunk mat. The overall condition, color combination, desirable features, documentation and originality make this car extremely rare and a great investment!
