Vehicle Description
A unique classic that has been given all the right custom touches
is exactly what you get with this 1951 Chevrolet Fleetline
Restomod. So look over the custom bodywork, vibrant paint, A/C
interior, upgraded suspension, and strong small block power. It all
makes for a thoughtful and award-worthy custom, and the trunk has
the hardware to prove it.
The Plum Crazy Purple gives an attention-grabbing first impression.
While this color was made famous by Mopars, this one custom makes
it distinct with a premium golden pearlescent glow added into the
finish. This radiant glow loves to show off the classic Chevy
curves, and this loves to show them off with a sleeker style. This
includes shaved door handles, deleted trim, a deleted front bumper,
sport mirrors, a frenched license plate, and shining five-spoke
alloys. It's a distinct custom with well-planned details, and you
see that in places like how there each set of dual exhaust tips is
placed just below the chrome bumperettes. But it never loses the
right 1950s classic tone. In fact, the cleaner look seems to draw
emphasis to the bright chrome grill, distinct two-piece windshield,
and those big rear fenders with a hint of tailfin.
The key fob door poppers are your gateway to an interior that has a
great custom style while also staying quite practical. The custom
gray two-tone harmonizes with the exterior purple that returns on
the door tops and dash. And this also makes for a nice way to
integrate the upgrades to two rows of bucket seats. Yes, everyone
gets their own individual space! Plus, you get modern conveniences
like the AM/FM digital tuner with cassette stereo, a cup holder
center console, power windows, and ice-cold R134a air conditioning.
And the upgraded steering wheel, tilt column, B&M shifter, and
Dakota full digital gauge package make this a particularly nice
driver's environment.
Open the hood, and the smooth inner fenders and mirror-like
firewall panel signal this is a show car engine bay. Plus, all the
bright elements like the compressor, alternator, pulleys and much
more make for a great looking total package. Beyond all this flash
is the substance of a 350 cubic-inch V8. This motor has been
enhanced with a full Edelbrock kit - valve covers, four-barrel
carburetor, and intake. There are also more upgrades like an Optima
battery, an electric fan, and a set of headers feeding the H-pipe
dual exhaust. It all makes for a strong-running package that's
worthy of the custom style that surrounds it. The front suspension
was upgraded to a Fat Man Mustang II-style set up, and the rear now
includes ladder bars. And there's a three-speed automatic
transmission, power steering, power brakes, and front disc brakes
that make for a good all-around driver.
You'll love using the trunk as a trophy case for the awards this
build has received... and the ones you're likely to earn in the
future. This is true classic car cruising distinction. Call
