This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute is for the drivers out
there. It's not just the performance-built enhanced big block under
the hood, but also the upgraded stance, suspension, and four-wheel
disc brakes that make this awesome. And you may never again find a
better price for a hardtop muscle car icon like this.
The orange paint really makes you take notice of this coupe. Then
again, it wasn't hard to do that already, because we all love the
look of a '67 Chevelle hardtop. And the proper SS upgrades are
always nice to see, like the blacked-out rear panel, ribbed
rockers, and faux hood louvers. The look is complete, right down to
the Super Sport script on the rear fenders. The whole car is quite
distinct and a correct SS tribute, and the overall feeling is a
driver-quality presentation. That means it would take an investment
in paint and polish if you were looking for perfection - and the
value price would even help you budget for that. But most of us
just like the idea of a mean big block coupe that can own the
streets without apologies. After all, the lowered stance and extra
meaty rear tires are all about intimidation.
The black interior has a good look against the orange exterior.
There are nice fundamentals, like the upholstery carpeting, and
headliner to make the atmosphere inviting. And you'll like
everything from the classic bright dash trim to the upgrade to a
retro-style AM/FM stereo. And because this is a driver's car,
you're the priority. That's why there are front bucket seats, power
steering, temp and oil pressure readouts, and a Hurst ratchet
shifter that takes center stage coming out of the center
console.
Under the hood is a very desirable big block. After all, 454
cubic-inch is already a larger displacement than what you could get
in 1967, and this V8 has been enhanced. It has a dual plenum air
grabber, a Demon four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and
Hooker headers that add power while contributing to the rumble of
the X-pipe dual exhaust. Plus, there are the right supporting
components, like the serpentine belt system, MSD distributor, and a
Be Cool aluminum radiator with electric fan. This is a powerful
package, and so you have stouter components, like the upgraded rear
suspension arms. The TH400 three-speed automatic transmission may
feel smooth, but its hardy construction and stall converter let you
know it's built for true muscle car fun, too. And the upgrade to
four-wheel power disc brakes means confident stopping power.
This is the hardtop that has the power and growl you demand from a
true muscle car. And it's priced so nicely that you can even
personalize the look for whatever way you want. Call today!!!
