restomod! This beauty has the classic looks we all love about a
Tri-Five Chevy, but with the modern creature comforts you'd expect
in a new car. Loaded with luxurious power leather bucket seats,
power windows, power locks, power rack and pinion steering, power
front disc brakes, AM/FM/CD player, cold A/C, and even fuel
injection! The fuel injected and nicely dressed up 5.7 Liter V8
engine is a jewel in the engine compartment, provides plenty of
pep, and decent fuel economy when paired to the 700R4, 4-speed
automatic transmission! When you lift the hood at car shows you can
be proud to reveal the modern engine, with its color matched air
cleaner and show quality pieces like the chrome horns. This IS A
REAL "C" code Bel Air from the factory. This IS NOT a 150 or 210 in
Bel Air trim. The Weld wheels wrapped in radial tires provide a
nice ride and good grip if someone challenges you at a stop light!
This is certainly not your grandfather's Bel Air! The exterior is
stunning in Turquoise and White, perhaps the most iconic color
combination on a Tri-Five. This car has received a full restoration
with only 2,445 miles since completion. This is a show quality car
inside and out, and needs nothing but a proud new owner to show it
off. When you slide into the driver seat you are greeted with a
good combination of new and original. The dash these 55s are known
for is pretty close to stock, but a new and modern flow through
center console is certainly in today's style. The center console
features the power lock switch and the new AM/FM/CD player. Billet
handles, an electric clock, tilt steering column and custom leather
upholstery is almost enough to make you forget you're in a nearly
70-year-old vehicle! During the restoration all glass and all
chrome were replaced with new, so there is no part of this car that
needs to be touched. Just hop in, hit the key, and enjoy all the
head turns and thumbs ups! The underside is painted in gloss black
and shows well. You will also see Magnaflow dual exhaust that gives
car a great sound.
