Lot #657-1928 Ford Custom Roadster-1928 Ford Custom Roadster. A very unique custom Ford Roadster. Seller states that this was a complete frame off build from the ground up. Power is supplied by a fresh Ford inline 6 cylinder engine with performance modifications. A 4 speed manual transmission sends the power to the custom built rear differential. The vitals are monitored by Stewart Warner Vintage style gauges. The true Bucket seats are covered in Tan Suede Style cloth. This little Roadster truly needs to be seen to be appreciated. The workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. The custom body finished in "Lemans" Blue was clearly the only logical choice. Reportedly, the idea for this labor of love was conceived late one night in the shop of a couple of NASCAR Racing Icons who said, "Why not" ? This is roadster with a very reasonable reserve and is a machine that will produce miles of smiles and fun for many years to come.
