Vehicle Description
The Chevrolet Master and Deluxe are American passenger vehicles
manufactured by Chevrolet between 1933 and 1942 to replace the 1933
Eagle. It was the more expensive model in the Chevrolet range at
this time and shows why Pre-WWII cars have nothing to envy when it
comes to style. Their flowing fenders, aggressive lines, stand out
lights, and waterfall grills makes one want to turn the key and
cruise down any road in front of it. As the war came along and the
production of civilian cars came to a halt, these cars went on to
become the workhorse for many families and businesses alike and
showed to be a great investment for them in the long run.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1938 Chevrolet Deluxe 2
Door Sedan for consideration. It is powered by its 327 V8 paired
with an automatic 700 R4 transmission. It is finished in Opal Blue
over cloth interior with front buckets. The car is neat and tidy
throughout and has been well kept. Highlights include shaved door
handles with electric locks, electric trunk latch, aluminum front
accessory mount, boxed frame with 1969 Camaro front end with rack
and pinion steering, 1955 Ford Thunderbird independent rear
suspension with air bags for springs, on board air compressor with
chrome air tank and air horn, fuel cell and battery in trunk, four
wheel power disc brakes, Cragar SS wheels, Vintage air conditioning
and heat, HALO front lights and LED rear lights, tilt steering
wheel. This is an excellent running and driving example.
