originally delivered in Polyantha Red (5602) over Black leatherette
upholstery. Factory equipment includes a Telefunken Radio, Antenna,
Chrome Wheels, and Amber Headlights.
The exterior and undercarriage are protected in black sealer.
Complete with all decks, doors, glass, bumpers, and exterior trim.
The front hood is matching, and it is secured by GT-style leather
straps. The original Polyantha Red paintwork is present on the
perimeter of the doors and the dash. Interior equipment includes
comfort seats, a VDM steering wheel, VDO instrumentation, a Porsche
radio delete cover plate, and a VDO clock mounted on the glove box.
The undercarriage is in excellent condition and the floor pans and
battery box have been properly replaced. The 4.5" x 15" painted
wheels have baby moon hubcaps and are fitted to Continental Contact
165 80 R15 tires.
Mechanically powered by a period correct flat-four 1600cc engine
that runs very well, paired to a manual four-speed transmission
(Type 644) with a four-wheel drum braking system. The matching
Normal 1600cc short block engine No. 62881 is included in the sale.
