This 2001 F150 Lightning might look built from the outside... but
the truth is... it is massively built! The build has a little under
10,000 miles on it and the whole truck has 58,178 miles. We're
talking about a forged stroker rotating assembly with a .030 bored
out block that equates to 363 cubic inches of angry horses. Taking
them from angry to furious wasn't a challenge once this 2.6L Kenne
Bell Supercharger got bolted on top. As if that wasn't enough
custom grind stage 2 cams and Ford GT ported and polished heads
were installed. A meth kit and 110 octane tune made up for any pony
that got left behind and ensures that this truck IS FAST. This is
too much power for a 4R100 transmission, so this truck has a
PROformance Turbo 400 automatic in it rated for 1500 hp from a pro
stock performance shop. A locker was added to the rear with a
shorter gear in order to blister these 315 drag radials and put
them to work. There are 15 inch Weld Drag Star wheels in the back
and 17's in the front with skinny 28 x 6 Mickey Thompson tires to
reduce any unnecessary drag. The interior has remained stock with
the addition of some aftermarket gauges, a pro street TCI Outlaw
ratchet shifter, and 6 point cage that might save your life if
someone wanders into your lane. All of the lights, blinkers, horn,
and power features work like new. The cruise control buttons are
still in great shape along with the seats. It's a street legal drag
truck with almost 1000 rwhp and several sub-10 second passes under
it's belt. It surely won't last long and has a lot to offer the
next owner! Financing is available and trades are welcome, so call
or click before the next guy!
