together here in Mississippi, this 1962 Chevrolet Nova is a show
stopper that is turn key and ready to go! The brilliant orange
paintwork is in excellent condition, there were no corners skipped
in the preparation of the build and the previous owner did include
photographs showing the extensive process that went into the
fabrication of the Nova! The entire interior has been customized
with cream and orange upholstery that still feels fresh to the
touch. A crisp white manual convertible top gives the Nova the
perfect contrast and is in superb condition. The dash has been
color matched to the car and has a cream vinyl overlay that is in
excellent shape. A JVC head unit was installed as well as new
speakers but the original radio remains unmolested in the dash (it
has been disconnected). The all around appearance of the Nova is
eye-catching and shows exceptional attention to details. The 355 V8
crate motor is healthy and fires on the first hit, the motor makes
just over 380 HP and pulls the car nice and smooth. The 355 looks
as good as it runs with the chrome dress up kit and all of the
electrical wires have been neatly tucked to emphasize a clean
engine compartment. The transmission is a 700R4 shifted by a
B&M ratchet style shifter. The car shifts as it should and is
perfect for a nice highway cruise. This was the previous owners
wifes pride and joy and certainly was meticulously cared for
throughout their ownership. Skip the headache and avoid purchasing
someone else's problem, this is a hot Nova that will not last long!
