Zoom Classic Cars presents this stunning Chevy Panel Truck which is a regular at local parades and shows sporting a handsome coat of BMW Urban Green. This monster is a real piece of Americana and has the stature to prove it with a 3800 1-ton chassis, double rear wheels, and sits 7' high by 6' wide and 19' long. The truck runs on a 235ci 6-cylinder engine with a floor-mounted 4 speed transmission complete with "granny" gear. Some updates have been made such as a new distributor, vacuum wipers converted to electric, mud flaps with running lights, aftermarket radio, and a back-up camera with back up lights were added. Some minor items that need attention: small oil leak on the rear main seal, need to double clutch to get from 3rd to 4th gear, and the muffler will soon need to be replaced. Otherwise, this Chevy is in excellent overall condition and is almost fully original including the wood floor which is in great shape. All of gauges work, and there is no rust, rot, or corrosion anywhere on or under the truck. The Chevy starts, runs, and stops exactly as it should. Power steering and breaks are both manual, and a period correct brush guard has working fog lights. Recent maintenance includes new front tires, new brakes & brake lines, new grill, and new bumpers.
