This 1996 Ford F250 is an extended cab with the XLT trim and it is
powered by the 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel Engine. This is a clean,
very original, and really nice F250 that spent its life in the
Pacific NW region so it is a solid truck. The body on this F250 is
clean and straight. The paint appears to be original and it is till
in beautiful condition. The colors are Indigo Blue Metallic and
White. All of the chrome and stainless also appear original and are
still in great condition as well. This truck has had a matching
topper on it since new. The underside is clean and solid and we
found no rust issues with this truck.
The interior is all original on this rig and it is in excellent
condition. It is a very nice example of an original interior. The
headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all
working. This truck has power windows and locks that all work. The
heat works and the AC blows cold. The gauges all work and the
wipers, cruise, and horn are all working.
Mechanically this truck runs and drives excellent. It has the 7.3L
Powerstroke Diesel Engine and it appears to be totally stock. The
engine starts easy and runs strong with no issues or red flags that
we could find. The transmission is the E40D Automatic that shifts
nice and it is mated to the Borg Warner Manual Transfer Case. The
4WD works like it should. The rear axle is a Ford 10.25 with 4.10
gears and a Limited Slip Differential. The front axle is the TTB
with 4.10 gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of original
wheels on stock size bridgestone tires.
