Vehicle Description
Welcome to Street Dreams as we embark on our 24th year in the
classic and muscle car business. As Chevrolet prepares to release
the 2023 Corvette, American auto enthusiasts are ready to celebrate
the 70th birthday of America's quintessential sports car. That's
right, 8 distinct generations of Chevy's flagship have been
haunting the dreams of aspirational Americans since the early days
of the Eisenhower administration! And while every type of Corvette
has its devotees, particular attention is payed to the 'chrome
bumper' cars manufactured through 1972. In 1973 a new urethane
front bumper met federal 5-mph impact standards, and by 1974 the
handsome chrome bumpers were a thing of the past. This stunning
1972 Stingray proudly displays its beautiful bumpers, further
complimented by dazzling alloy wheels. Lurking beneath the big
block hood is the numbers matching 454 (BCN 3999289, EC T0410CSS,
VD 12S521322) that's been fortified with Edelbrock aluminum heads,
an aluminum intake manifold from a '69 427 'Vette (CN 3947801), a
Holley 850 cfm carburetor, a solid lifter cam, ceramic coated
headers, an aluminum radiator, and a new MSD coil. Additional
features include power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, power
windows, air conditioning, TH400 automatic transmission, T-tops,
tilt/telescopic steering wheel, Bilstein shocks, front and rear
stabilizer bars, a digital AM/FM stereo, and beefy new Nitto tires
(245/45ZR18 F, 275/40ZR18 R) on gorgeous 18 U.S. Mags alloy wheels.
This jewel runs and drives beautifully, and thanks to carefully
chosen upgrades, delivers vast improvements in power, handling, and
comfort. If this crimson crusher would look good in your garage,
call the team that can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams
