Vehicle Description
This 1987 Chevrolet K10 Silverado 4x4 nails it with its mixture of
style and substance. It's a sharp-looking black and silver truck
with fuel-injected V8 power, an overdrive transmission, and a comfy
A/C interior. Plus, there's just something undeniably cool about
having a short-bed square-body Chevy 4x4 that looks like wherever
you're going, it's going to be fun.
The black and silver two-tone with a red pinstripe make this look
like the A-Team added a Silverado to the roster. And this one
certainly would have been an aid on their missions. The lifted
stance, rear step bumper, and liner paint in the bed keep this
pickup quite handy. And when this one is not on assignment, it just
makes for quite a nice classic. The finish has a good gloss from a
later respray, the chrome bumpers have a good shine, the premium
Silverado full-length trim looks quite straight, and the bedrails
add to the bright style. It makes for a style that's both
intimidating and detailed.
The interior looks clean, vintage, and stylish. There were nice
investments in the dash pad, carpeting, seat, door panels, trim,
and more to make this feel stock but fresh. It's easy to get
comfortable in the driver's seat thanks to a grippy Chevy steering
wheel that's on a tilt steering column. This has a terrific level
of factory options, like power windows, power locks, and sliding
rear glass. Plus, there are well-integrated upgrades, like the
retro-style AM/FM stereo, cup holders, and cold-blowing R134a air
conditioning.
Under the hood is proper Chevy 350 cubic inch V8 power. Just like
the rest of this pickup, the engine bay is about looking stock and
clean. Plus, factory fuel injection makes it great in modern times.
It's a true go-anywhere pickup with a two-speed 4x4 transfer case
and a lifted stance. But go-anywhere also means being comfortable
on the pavement. That's why you have power steering, power brakes,
front discs, and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with
overdrive.
This was the final year of its generation, and in fact, the K10
switched its official name to V10. It's just another little piece
of trivia and distinction to go with a 4x4 that impresses with its
investments in style, function, and utility. That creates a classic
that's an irresistible total package. Call today!!!
