This low-mileage Chrysler Executive owned 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
Limited Roadster is now available from the MaxMotive Pittsburgh
Showroom. This is a special car in many ways. It originally served
as a demonstrator for an executive at Chrysler Corporation, and a
Chrysler dealer has owned the car since 2007. The odometer now
reads just 84- -. Some of the world's best automakers collaborated
on the Crossfire. The engine is a Mercedes Benz 3.2L all-aluminum
18-valve V6, and the transmission is a Mercedes Benz 5-speed
automatic that can be manually shifted via its AutoStick feature.
The body design comes from the designers at Chrysler, and the body
and assembly was performed by Karmann of Germany. This roadster
features a one-touch power convertible cloth top that retracts
completely out of sight under a built in tonneau cover. The top
going up and down is quite a show. When the top is up, the trunk
can be reconfigured to provide a surprising amount of room. Dual
active roll bars provide protection and a sporting appearance. The
Crossfire is factory tested to 150mph. One result of the testing is
a rear spoiler that is hidden until the vehicle reaches 62mph
(100kph). This provides additional high speed stability. A switch
allows you to have it remain deployed if you like the look. Another
distinguishing feature is the staggered 18-inch and 19-inch wheels.
The rear tires are big 255/35R19s that give the car an
authoritative stance as well as tenacious grip. As a Mercedes Benz,
it sports a fully independent suspension and 4-wheel power disc
brakes with ABS. You'll also notice the stainless performance
pedals. As a Chrysler, it's treated to beautiful Aero Blue Pearl
exterior paint with silver accents. Inside, the two-tone gray
leather interior spoils you with heated seats, power windows and
locks, cruise control, dual zone climate control, and a rich
sounding Infinity AM/FM/CD sound system. One of the finer examples
you'll find, this 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Roadster provides
distinctive looks, lively performance and handling, and the
pleasure of open air motoring at the touch of a button. Please see
