I bought this car brand new in 1989. It is all original except for the paint and the oil pan. I had the dealer repaint a nick the week I bought it. The paint didn't match. Took them to court and got the whole car repainted by a quality body shop the summer of 1989. If I remember right I was whining about paint thickness and the whole car may have been stripped or parts of it. Never been touched since that summer. It has barely seen rain let alone snow. I have the window sticker and the ownercard.
