For Sale: 1967 Dodge Charger in jackson, Alabama

Vehicle Description

This 67 charger has been stored in a good dry shop for decades.  The previous owner removed all the interior , packaged and labeled everything very well, also has a partial build sheet.   Decoding the fender tag and VIN  shows the car was an early 67 production number , born on October 10th 1966 at the Hamtramck, Michigan  plant.  These are rare cars;  only 15,788 chargers were produced in 67, this is one of only 601 of the H code; 383 cars produced with the factory A-833 four speed.   This is one of the best condition  non restored mopars  I've seen. The pics show that it has excellent window channels, wheel houses , frame rails, rockers, trunk pans, etc.  The right back quarter has a little filler repair from years past, and someone started to patch in the center of the floor pans but never completed welding them out, there is also a second trunk deck that is basically perfect.    All glass is there and all seem good except for one little rock ping on the front windshield.  The engine block has a casting date of September  66. not sure but the stamping may have been taken off at a machine shop when decking this block sometime in the past.  The crank ,rods and pistons weren't with the engine but the heads and four barrel intake are there. The four speed trans still has the factory console shifter that can be seen in the pictures.  I love my 69 charger and 68 coronet R/T, but have to admit, chrysler went all out with the interiors and layout of these first generation chargers, very cool !!
