This 1971 Chevrolet Nova has a bold look that gets noticed. And
since there have been some big investments in a fresh V8,
transmission, and more, you have a great package that's easy to
show off near and far.
Maroon is a great color to have on this classic. It has a similar
deep tone to many of the colors you could get in 1971, but it's a
distinct hue that lets this Chevy be a little unique. Plus, there's
a nice metallic element that radiates in the sunshine. It joins the
bright chrome bumpers to make for an attractive classic. This one
has the look of quality, but don't confuse that with getting too
fancy. The investments in this one are about being a better driver,
and so it can hit the streets on a whim. That's why the wheels have
the classic mag style, but they are really modern 17-inch alloys
that hold better driving tires. And the touch of SS-style in the
blackout grille and rear panel makes for a more interesting street
machine.
The interior has a classily attractive look. There are nice seat
covers for the two rows of wide bench seats; the headliner is taut;
the steering wheel has a vintage thin grip; and the door panels
have a clean and detailed style with wood-like inserts. Even the
dome light greets you when the door opens. There are also nice
comfort upgrades like an AM/FM/CD stereo for better driving music
and initial provisions for air conditioning (a newer compressor is
present but lines and components are needed.) And there are also
upgrades just for the driver, like an auxiliary gauge package and
B&M floor shifter.
The engine bay has the fresh look of a solid investment. In fact,
we have thousands $$$$$ in receipts documenting a professional
installation of a new performance crate V8 fitted in 2021. These
are known for being powerful right out of the box, and this one
includes an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a GM performance
intake, and headers feeding the dual exhaust and Flowmaster
mufflers. The TH350 three-speed automatic is a TCI StreetFighter
unit and has a B&M converter. It was installed at the same time
as the motor. So you know it can handle this small block's enhanced
power and likely any future additions you have planned. It makes
for a solid-driving classic that's also an easy cruiser thanks to
power steering, power brakes, and front discs.
The sale comes complete with build receipts and the owner's manual.
This is a bold coupe with the right upgrades for real driving. It
makes for a Nova you need to get your hands on right now. Call
