For Sale: 1929 Ford Pickup in Mooresville, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

HIGHLIGHTS: With many street rods of the 1980s and 1990s beginning to look outdated in the 2020s, someone has done this gorgeous metallic silver right as it has held up very nicely over the years! With a 350V8, a set of timeless Weld wheels, and a tasteful gray tweed interior, this 1929 Model A Pickup Roadster is ready to hit the streets!

BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Ford appears straight, and is mostly steel, though it does have fiberglass fenders. Imperfections are at a minimum, which is no small feat for an older custom street rod like this. The convertible top is a one-piece removable top, and boy does this thing look cool with the top off! If you're in the market for a slick little hot rod ready to hit the streets, look no further!

PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint has also held up well over the years, but it does have some touch-ups, nicks, and chips as shown in the photos. It still has a nice shine, and shows quite well!

INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior remains in good condition, and looks to have been a high-quality job when it was fresh. This is no two-bit DIY interior, and the tweed is in nice condition. The seats are comfortable, and they look fantastic. Plus, the gray tweed really ties the car together with the dark exterior silver!

MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: This is a turn-key vehicle that is ready to go. Driven regularly in fair weather by the current owner, the Chevy 350 springs to leave at a touch of the key. The engine bay is in equally good condition to the exterior, with just enough chrome accents to keep things exciting. The 350 V8 is a classic street rod choice, and this car is sure to impress anywhere you go!

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The look! This car captures the timeless spirit of street rods in a way that is hard to describe.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: Like many street rods, legroom is tight, so if you're a long-legged individual, this may not be the most comfortable ride for you.

DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? Just a new home!

WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? Hot rodders everywhere we imagine! This is a classic Model A Pickup street rod that has a slick look and is bound to seem familiar to anyone that sees it, even if they've never seen it before.
