Well known for the amount of aftermarket support, the WRX is an icon in the tuner scene. What does the STi have that a WRX does not? First are some creature comforts. While the WRX has Apple Car Play and Android Auto, the infotainment system in the STi features a larger touch screen, Ultrasuede leather-trimmed seats and automatic dual-zone climate controls.

The STi also features a driver-controlled center differential which allows you to decide the torque distribution between front and rear differentials. It features a larger 2.5L turbocharged engine putting out 310 horsepower, more than the 2L WRX. Braking will be stronger in the Sti, too; the Brembo Performance braking system provides more stopping power than the standard 4-piston pads on the WRX.
