502 with a V8! I believe there were just under 200 ever built and
only two or three in the US. This has become an award winning BMW,
that was also featured in many hagerty events. It comes with all
its documentation and an old CA title. This vehicle was owned by a
gentleman in the Bay Area who owned a bakery. He would buy very
special vehicles from his clients and store them in his backyard.
He collected over 30 cars, one of them being this very rare BMW. It
had been in his yard since the late 1970s-1980s. He passed away two
years ago, and his girlfriend received his estate. We purchased the

As soon as Hagerty heard we had this vehicle they got in contact
with us and wanted us to premier it at a large event Located in the
Jet Center during Carweek here in Monterey, CA. It had lots of eyes
all over it and even a gentleman who is affiliated with the BMW
museum stated they don't even have one there and he thought there

that day in this BMW! It has since then been talked about in many
different articles and local news stations. Now about the current
condition! The body is finished in a two tone blue and white. No
previous accidents, but it does have some rust from sitting for all
these years under a carport. Check out the video and see everything
for yourself. The interior of this vehicle is all there. Obviously
it should be fully restored. The great thing about this BMW is how
complete it is! Good luck to anyone trying to find parts. This
vehicle is running and driving surprisingly well. The motor sounds
amazing, and has lots of power, the transmission shifts smoothly
through all gears. It has very poor brakes that have not been
addressed. It runs off a secondary gas tank we put in because we
did not have time to clean its tank. We have driven it all around
