Mustang remains one of the most widely recognized, respected, and
desired nameplates in the automobile business. It may be retro
inspired, but the Mustang is a thoroughly modern car. Redesigned
from a clean sheet of paper for 2005, this Mustang is faster and
more agile than ever. It delivers the bold styling, rear-drive
performance that have been Mustang hallmarks for decades, but it's
smoother and quieter than older models. The Mustang interior is as
blatantly throwback as the exterior, and nearly as well done. It's
sporty and crisp in appearance and straightforward in function. The
black leather interior is in excellent condition, no rips, or
tears. Air conditioning, power locks with remote keyless
illuminated entry, power windows with driver and front-passenger
one-touch-up/-down, power sideview mirrors, a pair of power points,
an audio input jack, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and cruise
control. The best part, it was signed by Carroll Shelby in Las
Vegas with CSM number 07SGT2113 and has the vehicle authenticity
certificate and documents signed on May 1st, 2007. Nothing says
modern American sports car better than this Mustang. Its long hood
and short rear deck capitalize on 40 years of pony-car heritage.
The current Mustang features classic design cues that have defined
Mustangs since the 1960s: C-scoops in the sides, three-element tail
lamps and a galloping horse badge in the center of the grille. Its
menacing shark-like nose is reminiscent of the 1967-70 models. The
black paint is in excellent shape all around with no chips or
scratches. Shelby appearance package adds hood scoop, racing grade
hood pin kit, Billet front grille insert with Mustang Pony badge,
authentic "Shelby" trunk-lid letter kit, "Powered by Ford" fender
badges, "Shelby GT" aluminum door sill plates, racing stripe kit
(Silver) and custom Shelby floormat badges. Aluminum Dash plaque
with CSM serial numbering and aluminum engine plaque with CSM
serial numbering. The 4.6-liter all-aluminum V8 in the 2007 Mustang
had three-valve heads and was good for 300 horsepower. It had an
aluminum block, so weight was down 75 pounds versus the prior
cast-iron design. That signature V8 growl announcing Mustang GT's
presence was perfected in the Ford listening lab, where specialists
in sound created an "aural DNA" of the engine. V8 thunder is
channeled through mandrel-bent, 2.5" dual-exhaust pipes. FR3
package upgrade was front and rear dampers, lowering springs, front
and rear sway bars, and strut tower brace. FR1 upgrade package has
90mm cold air kit, performance mufflers and pro-cal performance
calibration. 54U appearance package front and rear fascia, side
scoops and 18" premium aluminum wheels. We do have a dyno that was
done back in 2007 showing 434.1 RPM. And don't forget it features a
Whipple Supercharger as well. Face it, you're chompin' at the bit
to grab the reigns and gun the gas. If it's any consolation, you're
experiencing what more than 8 million buyers have felt since
Mustang first kicked loose. The GT is a serious performance car.
