Vehicle Description
1970 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Resto Mod Why This Vehicle is Special
The styling of the 1970 Monte Carlo, like the SS bagged one we have
here , was a huge success back in that year when they hit the
showroom, and this one will put a smile on your face too with the
big block Chevy engine, 4-speed transmission, 12-bolt rear end,
great dark green paint, tan interior, and black vinyl top. Features

shade of dark green Black vinyl top Mechanical The power train we
have in our Monte Carlo is a big block Chevy engine backed by a
4-speed transmission and putting the power to the ground via the
12-bolt rear end. It has been modified and rebuilt and now has the
block and heads painted in Chevrolet racing orange, aluminum
intake, FiTech fuel injection system, aluminum finned valve covers
and matching open element, big tubular headers flowing back to the
dual exhaust system, MSD electronics, an aluminum pulleys
serpentine belt drive system, and all sitting in a very well
detailed engine compartment. It is mated to a console mounted
4-speed manual transmission with front disc brakes that were
standard equipment and options that include power steering, power
brakes, Der ale aftermarket radiator, Rally wheels and BF Goodrich
raised white letter performance tires. Interior The rust colored
new interior of this beauty matches the dark green exterior well
with the matching bucket seats and rear bench seat, door panels,
center console with 4-speed shifter, and a Stereo AM/FM Radio
System. It has a full compliment of factory and accessory gauges,
wood grain trim on the dash, tilt steering wheel column, Chevrolet
wood steering wheel, black carpeting and SS floor mats, seatbelts
and lap belts. The trunk carries also looks great with the trunk
mat and has a lot of space for luggage. Exterior Our beautiful
Monte Carlo is finished in a shade of dark green that looks awesome
with great bodywork that has a great shine. The chrome is very
good, the stainless has been well maintained, as well as the
bumpers and the black vinyl top provides great contrast to the
paint. Our 1970 was distinguished by its chromed rectangular grille
with two horizontal dividers, 396 V8 emblems, a bumper directly
below the headlamps, and tail lights with chrome trim around the
perimeter of the lens, only. Conclusion Our 1970 Chevrolet Monte
Carlo resto mod we have has the great look that neatly blends
performance and luxury in one package, just as Chevrolet advertised
back in that year. This is a great example of that package and will
serve you well in your collection. ******************DISCLAIMER:
