?1985 Mercedes Benz 500SEL Sedan? Stunning car with as many features on it as new 22's! Great history local car -Ordered new at Gene Thompson Motors. At the time, tan was standard color interior.l, but the customer wanted Black. They waited a long time for special order black interior. The owner of the car had all service and warranty work done at Benz here in town. When warranty expired, she took to the same mechanic that worked on it under warranty. So he is the only one to ever touch her car. He bought it from her, and currently is the 2nd owner. Never smoked it. Drives awesome. Cold air. Look closely to pics , original tool kit (in canvas pouch) and spare never been on the ground. Also look close, has original "protecto plate" (not sure wat mercedes calls it). LOADED WITH OPTIONS EVERYTHING WORKS. Doors shut incredible. It's a very solid rust free MB! I remember thinking there is no manufacturer that fits the body and doors like benz did.
