The RPO code Z7D was used to force the 35th anniversary wheels and
other options on to the SS convertible
All of these cars were built to be used at the 2002 Brickyard
400
The first 44 were assigned to drivers based on their qualifying
positions
These cars were used for pre-race activities and various parades,
they were not raced
After the Brickyard weekend they were distributed to Chevrolet
dealerships across the north central region. This one being
delivered to Waldecker Chevrolet in Fowlerville, MI and kept in the
owners collection until now!
