XJ6 Vanden Plas. This vehicle was purchased at the Jaguar car inc
dealership in 1983 and remained in San Jose, CA since new. It is
all original. This jaguar has never been in any kind of accident
and has never been painted to the best of my knowledge. It was
driven almost daily up until a few years ago. All the original
dealer tags, manuals, and a few service records are available. They
even kept the original MSRP! They had purchased it for $36,601.00!
Mechanically it still runs and drives excellent. The motor sounds
great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly through
all gears. Suspension and brakes feel good. The previous owners
always serviced this jaguar professionally by British car mechanics
in their area. It has a little rust by the driver's window besides
that the whole car is very solid. TLC is of course necessary here
