1964 VOLKSWAGEN BUG PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO HERE
https://youtu.be/js4EMq5167Q FOR SALE IS A 1964 VW BUG. This
vehicle came out of Los Banos, CA. The previous owner had this
vehicle for over 20 years. It had been sitting for over 10 years
until the previous owner decided to sell it. We did quite a lot of
work to the beetle ourselves. The motor was removed and gone
through with lots of new accessories. We started with a compression
test that showed great compression in all cylinders. We then
rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the fuel lines, cleaned the gas
tank, put a new fuel pump and filter. We replaced the cap, wires,
as well as put in a new bosch regulator. The motor fires right up
and sounds excellent. The transmission shifts smoothly through all
gears. The clutch feels like it has a lot of life in it. I did not
do anything to the brakes and It will need a full brake job. This
beetle was originally green. The paint is very old but from a
distance looks acceptable. There have not been any major accidents
in the past. And this beetle is very solid in terms of rust. The
floors are all original and show no rust. The only real rust this
car has is on the A pillars. Heater channels are solid. Everything
else on this beetle is pretty much rust free. Go through the video
and see for yourself. Clean title. This would make a great little
project for someone. Please also go on the website Dodiauto.com and
check out all 300+ photos. We are located at 2240 Del Monte Ave
Monterey 93940. Call 831-920-8216 Out of state buyers will need to
wait a month or so for the title after the sale, you can ship the
car in that time period and the title gets sent through fedex after
word.
