Vehicle Description
1991 GMC TopKick, lowboy Cat Turbo Diesel ramp-truck. The perfect
unison in retro style, Antique in age while still new enough to be
worry free. Where else would you find Semi truck feel but cornering
and turning radius shorter than my ram? Big appearance yet easy to
drive. *Cat turbo diesel 3116 with manual trans. This is the diesel
from when diesels were diesels. Pre-computer, pre-DEF, pre-million
regulations and no special drivers license required. This is the
one that will last forever. Properly maintained, a Half-a-million
mile engine. The whole truck just rolled over 100,000 miles so
either way, the things a baby. *All steel ramp-truck design bed.
This thing is tough as nails and just full of nostalgia. Harkening
back to the racers of the past but with a purpose. As easy as a
trailer to load and we've made it easier. Once loaded, the car sits
lower into the trucks chassis carrying the weight lower, which
keeps the whole center of gravity tucked down on the road. Hence
"LowBoy", basically it makes it feel on the road like a sports car
compared to my truck and trailer I used previously * Easy loading
made easier because of three sets of ramps all included in the
auction. Aluminum (One handed light) foldaway ramps for your quads,
Toys, Lawn Tractor or other lightweight implements. A second set
mounted to the sides of the vehicle (Locks included) not only add
to the overall appearance but are very light and very strong with a
10,000 pound total capacity. These are the ones you'd probably use
for a muscle car. They are light enough for one person loading. I
personally ran my Power Wagon up them without a problem and that's
1947 heavy! Lastly, a Super heavy duty pair of slide outs hide
underneath the bed. These are for 25,000 pound plus loads. They are
very heavy and can be removed when transporting muscle cars,
increasing fuel efficiency quite a bit. * 4 oversized storage
compartments on the sides include a generator station. 2 in-bed
storage compartments
