1964 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special in Carlisle, PA
Hard-to-find and desirable 1964 Cadillac Fleetwood. 429 V8,
Automatic. Hagerty low/driver #4 valuation is over 30 grand! Last
year for fins! Southern car until coming to PA in 2020. This Caddy
came loaded from the factory with all the options (codes VAKCDMERS)
and power equipment (power bench seat, power windows, including
vent windows on all four doors, power locks etc): over $7,500 new
in 1964! This is also a rare Firemist paint car, originally
finished in code 96 Firemist Green. Clean PA title (registered
antique) with exempt miles. Mileage reads at 18K, which is
partially documented to be 118K. Recently out of nearly 30 year
storage and freshened accordingly with four new whitewall tires,
new battery, Edelbrock carb, reman GM alternator fitted (instead of
generator), oil & filter change, plugs, new fuel pump, fuel tank
removed to be cleaned out and painted with rust proof paint, fuel
lines fixed, new fuel filters, replaced trans vacuum modulator etc.
Previous owner was extremely meticulous in maintaining this car
prior to its' longtime storage, with a folder full of receipts
included to the winning bidder. Also included is the owners manual,
options booklet, and accompanying literature. Previous owner also
put a lot of money into restoring the interior by having the seats
and door panels recovered, as well as new carpet (sun faded but
structurally great) and a new headliner (sunk slightly from age at
the back). This classic Caddy has a very low reserve and is priced
to sell; don't miss out!
