1984 Chevrolet C10 - 305ci V8 - 3 Speed Manual Transmission - Louisiana Pickup - Tan Over Tan Interior Nicknamed the Square-Body, the third generation of C/K trucks produced by Chevrolet proved to be the longest-lived series in Chevrolet's history and has proved quite popular to date. Introduced for the 1973 model year, the C/K grew in size both inside and out. While relatively straight-lined and boxy in appearance, the officially designated Rounded Line trucks were the first generation of the C/K to be created with the use of computers and wind tunnels, optimizing the exterior shape for lower drag and improved fuel economy. The chassis was an all-new design with all trucks receiving a leaf-spring rear suspension and the K-Series trucks moving to an all-wheel drive. The Rounded Line generation was produced for 18 model years before it was renamed the R/V series (to accommodate the fourth-generation C/K marketed alongside it). Presented here is a tan over tan, Louisiana truck with a 305ci V8 and 3-speed manual transmission. Sporting a short box and painted rear bumper, this Chevrolet shows as an unrestored original. The exterior paint has aged decently with a few minor chips from road wear and there is significant paint fading along the rear side of the cab. The truck bed has some scarring from use and shows significant hauling from the truck's past. The symbolic egg-crate grille is missing its Chevrolet bowtie, but it could easily be replaced. Inside the cab, the saddle tan vinyl covered bench seat is visually sound even with some slight discoloration on the driver's side. The door panels match the bench seat and show some fading. Although this specific truck does not have many options, it does come stock with factory air conditioning and AM radio. Original owner's manual is also included.
