This 1949 Ford F1 Pickup Truck is ready for a new home. She was
restored about 20 years ago and still kooks beautiful today. She is
powered by a fantastic running 8BA 239cui Flathead V8 mated to a
three speed manual transmission. The engine starts right up and
runs perfect with good power and a smooth shifting transmission.
The Truck has been converted to 12V so starting is easy and the
lights, blinker and electrical system works great, all the gauges
in the dash work, the windshield wipers and horn does, too. She is
equipped with an optional heater, has gotten new brake cylinders, a
fresh service, a new exhaust system and is sitting o 15"
wheels.
The body and frame are super solid with no visible signs of rust
and the interior looks great as well, as you can see in the
pictures. The 20year old paint has developed some pitting on the
horizontal surfaces, other than that this truck is a really nice
example of a well done older restoration. She really does not need
anything but a new home and someone that enjoys putting some miles
on and take her out on the back roads.
She is ready to hit the road so check her out in our showroom
today!
