For Sale: 1991 Ford Ranger in Concord, North Carolina
The first generation Ford Ranger 'compact' pickup was produced from
1983 through 2012. This sharp 1991 Ford Ranger Custom 4x4 model is
a very solid 30-year-old pickup with a great mileage rating -
24city/29hwy. The Vermillion Red Metallic (EP) exterior was
refinished in 2018 and is in very good condition. The bed and
tailgate are in outstanding as is the metal Ford trim plate on the
gate. Alloy wheels that mount15" Goodyear Wrangler radials provide
a nice accent. The original gray cloth interior shows very little
wear for a pickup of this age - carpet, headliner, door cards and
dash are also very nice. Convenience options include A/C, tinted
windows, AM/FM/Cassette sound system and full factory
instrumentation w/tachometer. This classic Ranger is powered by
Ford's 2.3L SOHC fuel-injected 4-cylinder that produces
100bhp/130lb-ft and is said to have never required a rebuild. The
motor is backed by a fully-synchronized 5-speed/OD manual
transmission. Other features include 2H/4H/4L electronic
'On-Demand' transfer case w/factory Auto-Hubs, power steering and
power disc/drum brakes. Factory differential gearing is 4.10:1
(code 87). A bumper hitch-ball receiver is installed for towing
applications. Put this Ranger XLT in your driveway and enjoy it.
