This 1989 Ford Bronco XLT combines classic V8 4x4 styling, a loaded
A/C interior, and an impressive list of investments just in the
last couple of years. That makes this the total package that's
ready to run right now.
This is one of the most attractive generations of the
F-Series/Bronco. So to have it an era-correct Alpine Green just
gets the classic look right. The paint was upgraded later in life.
It has the right shine to show off the well-creased sheet metal.
And this has a premium feel with the color-matched hardtop and big
chrome bumpers. But the overall presentation is made so that you
won't be afraid to use this as a real 4x4. After all, upgrades like
the front LED lights, tubular side steps, wide towing mirrors, and
trailer hitch w/plug are part of the true utility of a great SUV.
And the recently added roof marker lights are a long-haul
favorite.
The upscale XLT interior means you get a comfortable Bronco. You
have plenty of great features like power windows (including on the
tailgate,) power locks, cruise control, the factory AM/FM/cassette
stereo, and R134a air conditioning. The removable hardtop maximizes
the open-air fun, and the cloth upholstery means you won't sizzle
the legs of the rear passengers when you do it on a sunny day.
Front bucket seats, a wide cup holder center console, upgraded
auxiliary readouts, and the dash with wood-like trim makes this big
4x4 as comfortable as a sedan. Except those commuters don't have a
huge cargo area and a tailgate that's perfect for watching the
local ballgame.
We have a receipt for over $4k showing the 302 cubic-inch V8 was
overhauled in 2021. Plus, this was then given a new Edelbrock AVS2
four-barrel carburetor and spacer within the last year. A rebuilt
C6 three-speed automatic transmission was also installed in 2021.
There are even nice details like an aluminum radiator and an Optima
red top battery. So you have a particularly strong power package.
That's handy for when it's time to go off-road. This Bronco makes
it easy to leave the pavement with features like a push-button 4x4
transfer case and new Ironman All Country tires. And the power
steering, power brakes, and front discs are part of a total package
that has everyday appeal, too.
Complete with owner's manual, this is the well-priced classic SUV
that's loaded with features, and even has a refreshed/powerful
heart. Don't let this Bronco go into someone else's garage. Call
