1965 Ford Mustang Convertible (Project Car)
65,746 miles on the odometer. Factory 289 with 2bbl. carb. Factory front disc brakes. Factory power steering. Factroy power top.
Car has a clean Massachusetts title. Needs complete restoration.
Comes with some new sheet metal including: LH & RH front/rear floor pans (not installed), inner wheel wells (not installed), new fuel tank, LH & RH half rear quarter panels (hung in place with a couple of sheet metal srews). Comes with some miscellaneous parts including bumpers, grille and some other odds and ends. Has a 1966 grille on it currently for some reason, but there is a 1965 grille with the spare parts.
Car is exactly how I purchased it 6 years ago. Starts and is able to be moved from the garage onto trailer or ramp truck. Currently has no fuel lines running from new tank to fuel pump (electric fuel pump in a gas can) is how it starts now. Seems to run good other than not having any exhaust other than manifolds.
Car is all there just needs someone with some time.
