1957 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. What screams 1950s America any more than this?

This is a good solid original unrestored Coupe de Ville with A/C, power windows, power seat and a few other luxury items not found on the standard coupe. This car is a California car since new. Originally sold to a man in the merchant marine. His widow kept the car for several years after he passed away, and it was then sold to its 2nd owner. We acquired the car from the 2nd owner's son. In other words this car has only been in 2 families since new! The body is very solid with with no significant rust. There are a few rust bubbles here and there all of which are minor. It has been repainted at some point and the paint is still glossy and just fine for a weekend cruiser, but but there is some checking, scratches and nicks around the car with the worst parts being on the hood and trunk lid. The engine has very few miles since a complete overhaul, and the brakes were rebuilt. She also wears a new set of white wall tires

The interior overall is in very good condition. The carpet was replaced at some time and still look very good, the back seat is excellent and the front seat is very good other than the cloth upholstery on the driver's seating section which is heavily frayed. The headliner is excellent except the seam is unstitched above the driver's head.

The trim work is all good to excellent. The lower section of the front bumper and the rear bumper assembly we rechromed last year and the remaining chrome is fair to excellent for a driver quality Caddy.
