of torque at 4,000rpm. It shifts through a 5-speed manual

control adjustable rear suspension, and alloy wheels. The Champion
Trike kit included their custom engineered "Zero-Flex" swing arm
with Progressive 416-Series shocks for improved handling and more
confident ride, fully balanced driveshaft with heavy duty U-joints,
Toyota lightweight solid axle rear end for reduced un-sprung
weight, heavy duty rear disc brakes, fully powder-coated chassis
components with tow hitch provisions, reinforced fiberglass body
components for extra durability & maximum storage capacity, and
Bassani stainless steel dual exhaust system. Champion continues to
be a leader in the sidecar and trike industry with over three
decades of experience, all manufactured right here in the United
States.
This beautifully kept 1999 Honda Goldwing GL1500 began life in St.
Paul, Iowa and made the trike transition in approximately September
2001 and is believed to have had the same owner its entire life. At
a kit cost of $6,395 without considering shipping and the labor to
convert it, these are not inexpensive trikes nor abundant on the
open market. Honda was celebrating its 50th Anniversary in America
and coincidentally the 25th Anniversary since the introduction of
the Goldwing. These special edition 1999 units will certainly have
a place in history as a collectible motorcycle! Our example is
showing just 36,419 miles on the odometer and comes with added rear
LED marker/turn signal lights, original owner's manual & cover,
handwritten service/mileage records through 2019, and workshop
manual. It should be an excellent tourer for many years to come!
