1952 Ford F1 Pick up. All Original! 239 Flat Head V8 3 speed on column, original engine. Still vintage 6 volt system. All wheel drum brakes. Lights and Siren fully working. Vintage driving lights. 24k Gold leaf lettering and striping, just gorgeous!!
Older restoration, exterior, interior and engine rebuild in 2003. Actual prior Fire Chief / Mayor vehicle from upstate small town New Hampshire. Came from his retirement / estate collection sale. Most recently shown at the Houston Concours event this past May with amazing interest!
Everything works great & drives great! Starts easy every time even with the original carburetor!!
New tires 2020, new wood show bed 2021, new vintage period correct rotating beacon 2022, new battery 2022, new water pump and fan bearings / belt pully 2021. Engine compartment - air cleaner and fan blades have matching blue accents to the blue engine block.
One modification exists on the rear standing bumper addition. Added back in the 1980s for parades and extinguisher representation. It is not permanent and can be removed for original bumper installation if the new owner prefers.
Note: With being an older restoration that there is minor paint and body imperfections but vehicle shows and drives fantastic. Some electrical upgrades / harness would be a good idea in the future. Includes the 4 vintage fire extinguishers (valued over $800) and show/parade fire bell for the bed (valued over $450).
