For Sale: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro in Topsfield, Massachusetts

Vehicle Description

I purchased this 1969 Camaro in May1991.  At that time, it had a 307 ci small block and a 3 speed manual transmission.  I installed power steering and a TH350 automatic transmission shortly after purchase.  In 2014, I had a full frame-off rotisserie restoration started which was completed in 2018 by Karpenko Kustomz, a local custom restoration shop in Ipswich, Mass.  All rusted metal was removed and replaced with new panels (front, rear, inner, outer, floor, trunk, rocker, hood, door, etc…).  The car is 100% rust and filler free.  It is essentially a new car except with stronger welds which makes firmer on the road.  The restoration process was photographed and the enclosed photos show the entire process.  The Camaro was finished in pearl white with a new black convertible top installed.  The restoration of the Camaro also included custom details such as shaved door handles and door and truck poppers, as well as custom metal work on the rear valance to give it a clean look.  I also installed a new cowl hood.  I chose to paint much of the chrome such as the bumpers and trim in pearl white also to give it a more modern look.  As part of the restoration, I replaced the 307 engine with a fresh new turnkey crate 350 ci, 328hp engine with all chrome accessories including a new Edlebrock 4 barrel carburetor.  The Seller also installed a shift kit.  The restoration included the installation of a new custom dual exhaust system from the newly installed Sanderson stainless steel exhaust manifolds back to the rear exhaust chrome tips. The restoration included new front and rear Hotchkis lowering suspension kits (front and rear sport springs, ball joints, control arms, sport sway bars, and bushings).  A new fuel tank and straps were also installed as part of the restoration.  I also installed a new front disc brake set up including new master cylinder, brake booster, hoses rotors and pads.  The Camaro has many other new parts installed during the restoration which are too much to list.  The Camaro is outfitted with new Michelin tires and American Standard racing wheels giving it a classic Camaro look.  I have driven the Camaro lightly putting less than 500 Summer miles since the restoration was completed in 2018.  The car drives amazing like a new 1969 Camaro.  The engine runs strong, the transmission shifts quick and smooth, the steering is tight, and the car handles great.  The Camaro is offered for sale in Massachusetts and comes with a clean Massachusetts Title in the name of the Seller (me).
