1951 Ford Custom Presenting an absolutely pristine 1951 Ford Custom
two-door sedan. This is believed to be an original, one owner car
purchase new by Beulah Carson (who was never married) at Stovall
Motor Company in Cornelia, Georgia. The 52,000 miles are said to be
original. The car was in storage since 1994 and the car was
allegedly stored in a wooden building that had a wood floor, hence
the condition of the body, frame, floor pans, etc. The story is
Miss Carson worked at a cotton mill which was only 7 miles from her
home in 1956. Her sister bought a new Ford which they mostly drove.
The story goes on to say that when one sister was riding in the
backseat that meant they were angry at each other and not speaking.
The car is literally in turnkey condition, even with a functioning
clock! The only thing not operable is the radio. Car is a delight
to look at and a pleasure to drive. Check out the picture of the
floors and the underside as well just no bad news.
