For Sale: 1986 Toyota Celica in Fredericksburg, Texas
Welcome to Street Dreams in Texas as we finish out our 23rd year in
the classic and muscle car business. This 1986 Toyota Celica is
very desirable with a 2.0L DOHC 16v inline 4-cylinder engine with a
manual 5-speed transmission. This little car is real fun to drive.
The powerband is between 4-6k rpms. So you feel like you are racing
most of the time. If you switch in to 2nd at 3.5k rpms it has a
little buck. If you rev right up to 4k and shift it's smooth as
butter. The rest of the gears will go at 3.5k rpms smooth. We have
had this car for a little while and enjoyed driving it. The car
will slip out of 5th if you are trying to accelerate very much in
5th. You have to very lightly accelerate to keep it from slipping.
The dash does have some sun damage and is cracked. We have done a
decent amount of work to the car since we got it. Overall this is a
great car fun to drive, cool, new Bluetooth capable radio, and only
122k miles. Japanese sports cars are on the future collector upward
movement. Get it while it is reasonable We will have a more
detailed description soon, but if you have interest do not hesitate
to reach out. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service
