This Pepped up GT500 has all the right upgrades you would want both
cosmetically and performance wise. This car has been equipped with
some amazing parts and puts down 687 RWHP! Owned by a true car
enthusiast, it's been well maintained and has only 30,100 actual
miles! You wouldn't be able to tell the mileage based on the
condition. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
EXTERIOR: Finished in that special Grabber Orange color it has
Lemans black vinyl racing stripes over the top length of the car as
well as the GT500 side stripes on the sides of the car. The car has
been upgraded with some cosmetic appearance parts such as the
Cervini Super Snake style hood, and the paint matched side and
window louvers. Walking around this car you won't find any stone
chips or paint blemishes. The ground effects gave it composite side
skirts and front lip. The front lip does have some small scuffs on
the bottom/front edging from being so low. Overall, this car is in
excellent condition.
INTERIOR: The interior is finished in black trim and black leather;
it's in just as great of shape as the exterior of the car and still
retains that new car smell. This GT500 is equipped with nice
features like GT500 sport bucket seats wrapped in leather, ice cold
A/C, tilt steering, shaker 500 audio system with a 6 disc CD
changer. The car has been equipped with the super snake style gauge
pod in the center of the dash that reads your boost, fuel, and oil
pressure. In the center of the dash is a Shelby plaque
authenticating the GT500 by VIN and is even signed by Carroll
Shelby himself!
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood sits the infamous 5.4L
supercharged engine, this one has been gone through with the right
performance modifications bumping it up to 687 RWHP on the dyno! It
has a comp cam, K&N cold air intake, Kooks long tube headers to
Off Road mid pipes. There's also a SCT handheld tuning controller.
This car was Bama tuned and is making all this power reliably. The
engine is mated to a Tremec 6 speed manual transmission.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Pop the trunk and you'll find a nice aftermarket
soft Shelby snake logo trunk mat. Under that is the original trunk
liner that hides the tire inflator kit in place of where a spare
tire would go. Everything is in excellent shape and still retains
that new car smell. There's also the original window sticker nicely
framed, and a car cover as well!
UNDERSIDE: Underneath the car is very clean. This GT500 is equipped
with a Hotchkis sway bar, SVT tuned suspension, lower performance
springs, 371 rear end gears, 4 wheel disc brakes with brembos in
the front. Attached to the kooks' long tube headers and off-road
mid pipes is a Flowmaster cat back dual stainless steel exhaust
giving off that Ford V8 Rumble!
