1976 Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale 4x4 Short Box. Painted inGrecian
Bronze that is factory correct. Goodrubber seals and bright chrome
on bumpers, this intimidating 4x4 is also quite an attractive
classic. The walls were rhino-lined to make them both robust and
uniform. And the floor has a custom wood overlay for a true classic
ready-to-work style. The saddle tan interior complements the bronze
exterior. It also looks particularly vintage with details like the
bright trim in the nice-looking bench seat. You also have wood-like
trim in the door panels, more on the dash, and sliding rear glass.
It looks quite correct, right down to the Delco AM radio that's on
display. But as you peek through the classic dual-spoke steering
wheel, the crisp Classic Instruments readouts - with large speedo
and tach - clue you in to the upgrade under the hood. This is a
fresher 350 cubic-inch V8 crate motor. These have more power than
stock right out of the box, and this one has also been enhanced
with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Hedman long tube headers.
This makes a strong setup that fires eagerly and runs strong. Plus,
it has a two-speed 4x4 transfer case, lifted suspension, and BF
Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires for off-road work. Even when you
just stay on the pavement, it knows how to cruise with a
three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power
